Rules
Tournament Rules
1. Eligibility Open to registered grassroots teams within the designated constituency. Each team must submit a complete squad list before the tournament. Only registered players are permitted to participate. 2. Squad Maximum 15 players per team. A player may register for only one team. Player identity must be verified before participation. 3. Match Format Matches will be played according to the official tournament fixture. 11-a-side football will apply unless otherwise communicated by the organisers. Match duration and competition format will be determined by the official tournament schedule. 4. Substitutions Substitutions must be made with the permission of the referee. Only registered squad members may enter the match. 5. Discipline Players must maintain sportsmanship and respect officials, opponents, and spectators. Yellow and red cards will apply. Serious misconduct may result in suspension or disqualification. 6. Match Officials Referee decisions made during play are final. Protests or complaints must be submitted through the official tournament organisers after the match. 7. Points & Qualification For group-stage matches: Win: 3 points Draw: 1 point Loss: 0 points Where teams are level on points, applicable tie-breakers will include goal difference, goals scored, head-to-head result, and other tournament regulations. 8. Walkover A team that fails to report for a scheduled match may forfeit the game. Repeated absence may lead to disqualification. 9. Protests Any eligibility or disciplinary protest must be submitted within the period specified by the organisers. Organisers' decisions on tournament administration will be communicated officially. 10. Tournament Authority The iCare Community Cup Organising Committee reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules, amend regulations where necessary, and take appropriate action in the interest of fair play and the successful delivery of the tournament.
